1. Promotion period is on every Friday and Saturday during 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), subject to limited offer quota while quota lasts.
2. Offers are applicable to the customers who are members of OpenRice (“OpenRice Members”) and have connected their Hang Seng Visa Card, Mastercard^® or Spending Card excluding Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card, enJoy Spending Card, UnionPay Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”), issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) to their OpenRice Member accounts (“Connected Credit Card”).
3. For the avoidance of doubt, Offers are not applicable to the transactions made by using WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, Alipay HK, Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay or any or other eWallet on OpenRice website and app (“OpenRice Platform”).
4. For a single net spending of HKD200 or above using the Connected Credit Card through the OpenRice Platform on Takeaway/ purchasing Vouchers/ Booking with Prepaid menu/ using OpenRice Pay (“Transaction”), OpenRice members may redeem +FUN Dollars to offset the spending ("Eligible +FUN Dollars Redemption") at a special conversion rate of $1 +FUN Dollar to offset HKD2 spending, during the Promotion Period ("Offer"). If customers redeem +FUN Dollars to offset spending in Takeaway/ purchasing Vouchers/ Booking with Prepaid Menu/ using OpenRice Pay outside the Promotion Period or after the quota is full, +FUN Dollars will be fully redeemed on a conversion rate of “$1 +FUN Dollar as HKD1 in cash value” in the system automatically.
5. The Connected Credit Card is defined as the Connected Credit Card displayed on "Reward History" page in customer’s OpenRice membership profile at the time of the Eligible +FUN Dollars Redemption. If customer makes +FUN Dollars Redemption with an unconnected, removed Credit Card, he/she will not be entitled to the Offer.
6. The maximum amount of +FUN Dollars to be deducted for each Eligible +FUN Dollars Redemption is $25 +FUN Dollars or the +FUN Dollars balance of the relevant Connected Credit Card account (whichever is lower). The value of deducted +FUN Dollars will be doubled and used to reduce the Transaction’s payment amount. The remaining transaction balance after the deduction of +FUN Dollars must be settled with the same Connected Credit Card. The required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from customers’ card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for instant purchase will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. Only Takeaway/ purchasing Vouchers/ Booking with Prepaid Menu/ OpenRice Pay Purchase Transactions settled on OpenRice Platform are applicable to Offer . Any dining transactions settled in the dining outlets using physical card or other mobile payment are not applicable to this Offer.
8. Offer is available in a daily cap of 2,000 during Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. Each of the OpenRice Members can enjoy Offer once per day. If the quota is full, customers will no longer be able to select the Offer on the OpenRice payment page.
9. Customers must keep all the confirmation email or booking ID of table booking and/or transaction record in OpenRice. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng reserves the right at any time during or after the promotion to request customers to submit the relevant information or such further evidence as may be required for verification.
10. All transactions made during the Promotion Period that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned within 45 days after dined out, will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Promotion and entitling to the extra reward.
11. +FUN Dollars cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
12. If Hang Seng or OpenRice Limited (“OpenRice”) reasonably suspect that customers have acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, customers will not be able to enjoy the Offers and Hang Seng may exercise the right pursuant to the Cardmember Agreement to cancel his/her credit card at any time without prior notice.

14. All products, services, information are directly sold and supplied to customers by the participating merchants, via the OpenRice Platform, who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng assumes no responsibility/ liability in respect thereof.
15. Unless otherwise specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, special promotions or discounted products/ events, available on OpenRice Platform, and cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts and is not transferable. Please check with OpenRice for details.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
18. No person other than the relevant customer, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) and OpenRice (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
19. Hang Seng and OpenRice reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above Offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice.
20. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and OpenRice shall be final.
21. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
