Terms and Conditions for < Travel Together Lucky Draw >

1. Customers who have applied for any Hang Seng Life Insurance Plan* through any branch of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) with a minimum annual premium equal to or greater than HKD10,000 from 1 May 2024 to 30 June 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Eligible Lucky Draw Participants”) will automatically be enrolled in the< Travel Together Lucky Draw >.

2. < Travel Together Lucky Draw > will be conducted on 31 August 2024, and each Eligible Participant is entitled to one entry to the Lucky Draw.
3. < Travel Together Lucky Draw > prizes (“Prizes”) include:
   Grand Prize: 6-days Japan Cruise Vacation package for two (with a terrace room) (Quota: 1) *
   Second Prize: 5-days Vietnam Cruise Vacation package for two (with a terrace room) (Quota: 4) *
   Third Prize: Hong Kong Grand Hyatt Hotel GRAND CAFÉ dinner buffet package for two guests (Quota: 10)
   Fourth Prize: Klook voucher HKD$2,000 (Quota: 20)
   Fifth Prize: Chubb HK Limited “Chubb Annual Travel Insurance Plan” for one person (Quota: 25)
   Sixth Prize: Lululemon Professional yoga and sportswear voucher HKD$1,000 (Quota: 15)
   Seventh Prize: Hang Seng Insurance-branded luggage x 1 (Quota: 25)**

   * Taxes and surcharges related to the grand prize and second prize shall be borne by the winner. The booking of cruise tickets is subject to cruise schedules, room availability and blackout travel dates. Cruise tickets cannot be refunded or changed after booking.

   Unless otherwise stated, all Prizes are supplied by third parties.
4. Hang Seng Insurance will send winning notifications or prize redemption letters to lucky draw winners on or before 30 September 2024 through the phone number or address registered in the life insurance policies by the customers. Results of the lucky draw (including the lucky draw winners’ full name and the last 3 digits of the winners’ respective mobile phone numbers) will be posted on Hang Seng Bank website and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 9 September 2024 in Hong Kong.
5. Upon the redemption of the lucky draw results, the lucky draw winners’ relevant life insurance policies must have become and remain effective. Otherwise, the relevant lucky draw winners will be disqualified without further notice and the relevant prizes will be considered as forfeited. Hang Seng Insurance reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the lucky draw winners again after the publication of the lucky draw results.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Each Eligible Participant is entitled to only one lucky draw entry.
2. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited (“Hang Seng Insurance”) shall be final.
3. Hang Seng Insurance has the sole discretion to, according to the relevant clauses in the terms and conditions, determine the eligibility of the participant for the lucky draw. In case of any disputes, the record of Hang Seng Insurance shall prevail.
4. All the prizes cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, returned, refunded or exchanged for cash by any winner under any circumstances. Apart from the responsibilities stipulated by law, Hang Seng Insurance accepts no liability for any loss, damage or impact resulting from the prizes.
5. For prizes supplied by third parties, Hang Seng Insurance shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities related to the prizes. The prizes may be subject to terms and conditions. For details, please contact the relevant suppliers. The suppliers of the prizes shall be solely responsible for all issues relating to the prizes including quality and availability. Any disputes or complaints relating to the prizes shall be settled between the winners and suppliers directly.
6. Unless otherwise specified, eligible participants can enjoy the offers in this campaign in conjunction with other promotional offers.
7. No person other than the eligible participants and Hang Seng Insurance (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
8. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
9. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
