Terms and Conditions for the "Journey to Rewards":

  1. The Travelsure Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) runs from 12 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Lucky Draw Promotion Period”).
  2. The Lucky Draw is available to all clients upon successful Travelsure Protection Plan application via the Mobile App of Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng Bank") or the Chubb website as accessed via the Bank website, payment made for and the policy being issued by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”) during the Lucky Draw Promotion Period (“Eligible Participant”). Each Eligible Participant is entitled to the following number of Lucky Draw chance for each policy issued above:

  3. The Lucky Draw prize winners (“Winners”) will be randomly drawn after the Lucky Draw Promotion Period in April 2026 from all of the Eligible Participants based on in-force policy at the time of lucky draw is held except for Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover), which is based on the relevant policy issued within the Lucky Draw Promotion Period.

    Each Eligible Participant has unlimited entries for the Lucky Draw. Subject to these terms and conditions, each Eligible Participant can only win one Prize in the Lucky Draw. Once an Eligible Participant has won a Prize, the Eligible Participant is not eligible for any subsequent Prize in this Lucky Draw.
  4. By 30 June 2026, Chubb will send a Prize redemption notification email with redemption details to the email address of the Winner which was collected at the time of the Winner purchasing the Travelsure Protection Plan during the Lucky Draw Promotion Period. Each Winner must maintain a valid email record to receive the Prize redemption call and email. The policy must remain effective (except for Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover)), and there must be no outstanding premium under the policy at the time when the Prize is sent out.   5. Each Winner must ensure that the email address is accurate and up to date. If the Prize redemption notification email is not received by the Winner because the Winner’s email address is incorrect or the email is unsuccessfully delivered (except due to any fault or mistake of Hang Seng Bank and/or Chubb), Hang Seng Bank and Chubb will not reissue the Prize redemption notification email, and the Winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
  6. The Winner must redeem the Prize by the designated date according to the instructions in the Prize redemption notification email.
  7. The Prize cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash credit or other gift and benefits under any conditions once they are issued or distributed. The Prize will not be re-issued in case of loss, damage or unused after expiry date. Apart from the responsibilities stipulated by law, Hang Seng Bank and Chubb accept no liability for any loss, damage or impact of the customer resulting from or in relation to the Prize.
  8. Hang Seng Bank and Chubb are not the supplier of the Prize and are not responsible for any legal liabilities relating to the same. Any dispute relating to the Prize shall be settled between the customer and the supplier directly.
  9. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating supplier. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the relevant supplier shall be final.
  10. Hang Seng Bank and Chubb shall not be held accountable for any loss suffered by any customer during the usage of the Prize, or for any dispute between customer and the supplier.
  11. Any transaction which is eventually cancelled, returned or found to be fraudulent is ineligible for this promotion.
  12. Hang Seng Bank and Chubb reserve the right of final decision on all matters relating to the offer, which shall be binding on all parties concerned.
  13. Hang Seng Bank and Chubb reserve all their rights to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  14. No person other than the customers who are the Prize winner, Hang Seng Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) and Chubb (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  15. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  16. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version prevails.
