Travelsure Single Trip Premium Rebate Offer Terms and Conditions
- Travelsure Single Trip Premium Rebate Offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover) underwritten by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”) and distributed by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) (including policies with multiple destinations) (“Single Trip Cover”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer applies regardless of destination(s) covered under the policy, provided the policy is a Single Trip Cover.
- The Offer is only applicable to any Single Trip Cover with application date between 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”). Each Eligible Customer (as defined below) may enjoy this Offer only for the first Single Trip Cover purchased within the Offer Period.

Subject to these terms and conditions, a Hang Seng Bank customer
must either successfully apply for Single Trip Cover on the
website of Chubb via Hang Seng Bank’s website, Hang Seng
Personal Banking mobile app or Hang Seng Personal e-Banking, or
successfully apply for Single Trip Cover by logging on to
Personal e-Banking via Hang Seng Mobile App, in either case
within the Offer Period, and satisfies all of the criteria below
to enjoy the Offer (“Eligible Customer”):
- Individual customer of Hang Seng Bank who, in the capacity of a policyholder, has not purchased or renewed any Chubb Travelsure Protection Plan policy, distributed by Hang Seng Bank, from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- The identification document number used by the customer in the application for the Single Trip Cover must be the same with Hang Seng Bank’s record.

Subject to these terms and conditions:
- For any Eligible Customer who settles the premiums with Hang Seng Credit Card, Hang Seng Bank shall deposit +FUN Dollars (applicable to all Credit Cards issued by Hang Seng Bank except Hang Seng enJoy Cards) or yuu Points (applicable to Hang Seng enJoy Cards) into the relevant Eligible Credit Card account. For any Eligible Customer who settles the premiums with Hang
Seng Saving or Current HKD Account ("Eligible Account"),
Hang Seng Bank shall deposit cash into the Eligible Account,
and the amount credited or deposited (whether in the form of
cash / +FUN Dollars / yuu Points) is equivalent to the
amount set out below:
Policy Premium Tier Premium Rebate HK$ 250 – HK$ 499.9 HK$ 50 HK$ 500 or above HK$ 100
- Hang Seng Bank shall credit the relevant rebate into the Eligible Account or Eligible Credit Card accounts by 31 March 2027. Such bank accounts or credit card accounts must remain valid and, for Eligible Credit Card, in good standing when the relevant cash/ +FUN Dollars / yuu Points are credited. Otherwise, the customer is deemed to have forfeited the relevant rebate. - The Offer is jointly hosted by Chubb and Hang Seng Bank. Hang Seng Bank and Chubb reserve the right to amend or terminate the Offer and amend any terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng Bank and Chubb is final.
- No person other than the Eligible Customer, Hang Seng Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) and Chubb (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”).
- These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
- The English version prevails if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
The above general insurance plan ("the Plan") is underwritten by Chubb which is authorised and regulated in Hong Kong by the Insurance Authority. Chubb reserves the right of final approval of the policy issuance. Hang Seng Bank is registered as an insurance agency by the Insurance Authority (Licence No.: FA3168) and authorised by Chubb for distribution of the Plan. The Plan is a product of Chubb and not Hang Seng Bank. Upon application for the Plan, insurance premium will be payable to Chubb, and Chubb will provide Hang Seng Bank with commission and performance bonus as remuneration for distribution of the Plan. The existing staff remuneration policy on sales offered by Hang Seng Bank takes into account various aspects of the staff performance instead of focusing solely on the sales amount.
In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance product, underwriting, claims and policy service should be resolved directly between Chubb and the customer.
