Travelsure Single Trip Buy-3-Get-1-Free Offer

  1. Travelsure Single Trip Buy-3-Get-1-Free Offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to Travelsure Protection Plan Single Trip Cover distributed by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) with destinations of Mainland China, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Guam, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Laos, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Philippines, Saipan, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Tinian and Vietnam, inclusive of policy with multiple destinations mentioned above (“Single Trip Cover”). For avoidance of doubt, if the plan covers any destination, regardless of single or multiple destinations, not mentioned above, such policy is not eligible for the Offer.
  2. The Offer is only applicable to any Single Trip Cover with application date between 26 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
  3. Subject to these terms and conditions, a Hang Seng Bank customer must successfully apply for Single Trip Cover on the website of Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”) via Hang Seng Bank’s website, Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app or Hang Seng Personal e-Banking, or successfully apply for Single Trip Cover by logging on to Personal e-Banking via Hang Seng Mobile App during the Offer Period, and satisfies all of the criteria below to enjoy the Offer (“Eligible Customer”):
    1. Settle the premium with the customer’s own Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, but excluding Hang Seng enJoy Commercial Card, Hang Seng enJoy Business Card and Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card and Private Label Cards ("Eligible Credit Card") or Hang Seng Saving or Current HKD Account ("Eligible Account"); and
    2. The Identification Document Number (ID Number) used by the customer in the application for Single Trip Cover must be the same with Hang Seng Bank’s record.
  4. For any Eligible Customer who settles the premiums with Hang Seng Credit Card, Hang Seng Bank shall deposit +FUN Dollars (applicable to all Eligible Credit Card except Hang Seng enJoy Cards) or yuu Points (applicable to Hang Seng enJoy Cards) into the relevant Eligible Credit Card account. For any Eligible Customer who settles the premiums with the Eligible Account, Hang Seng Bank shall deposit cash into the Eligible Account. Subject to these terms and conditions, the deposit amount is equivalent to the below percentage discount of the premium amount of the relevant Single Trip Policy:

  5. Subject to these terms and conditions, the amount of cash/+FUN Dollars / yuu Points depositing to Eligible Customer’s’ Eligible Account or Eligible Credit Card account is not limited to a maximum amount.   6. Subject to these terms and conditions, Hang Seng Bank shall credit the relevant reward into the Eligible Account or Eligible Credit Card accounts by 31 August 2026. Such bank accounts or credit card accounts must remain valid and, for Eligible Credit Card, in good standing when the relevant cash/ +FUN Dollars / yuu Points are credited.   7. Hang Seng Bank and Chubb reserve the right to amend or terminate the Offer and amend any terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng Bank and Chubb is final.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  9. No person other than the Eligible Customer, Hang Seng Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) and Chubb (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  10. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”).
  11. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  12. The English version prevails if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

The above general insurance plan ("this Plan") is underwritten by Chubb which is authorised and regulated in Hong Kong SAR by the Insurance Authority. Chubb reserves the right of final approval of the policy issuance. Hang Seng Bank is registered as an insurance agency by the Insurance Authority (License No.: FA3168) and authorised by Chubb for distribution of this Plan. This Plan is a product of Chubb and not Hang Seng Bank. Upon application to this Plan, insurance premium will be payable to Chubb, and Chubb will provide Hang Seng Bank with commission and performance bonus as remuneration for distribution of this Plan. The existing staff remuneration policy on sales offered by Hang Seng Bank takes into account various aspects of the staff performance instead of focusing solely on the sales amount.


In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance product, underwriting, claims and policy service should be resolved directly between Chubb and the customer.
