TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DYNAMIC LIFESTYLE ALERT SERVICE |
1. |
The
Bank may in its discretion provide the DLA Service as a complimentary
service subject to the provisions of this Part. |
2. |
Information
supplied by the Customer through the use of the DLA Service may be used
or stored by the Bank in any manner for the provision of the DLA Service.
The Customer shall obtain all necessary consents from the data subject
in respect of any personal data recorded or collected by the Bank through
the use of the DLA Service. The Customer shall use the DLA Service for
lawful purposes only. |

The
Bank will endeavour to notify the Customer of events specified under the
DLA Service (via the preferred contact prescribed by the Customer only)
and the Bank does not undertake to ensure that the Customer will be successfully
notified under any circumstances. |
4. |
As
part of the DLA Service, the Bank may, in its discretion, act on behalf
of the Customer to obtain or arrange to obtain from specified merchants(s)
good(s) and/or service(s) as per the Customer's request. |
5. |
The
Bank does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness
of the DLA Service and shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by
law, for any direct and indirect, consequential or incidental loss or
damage which may be incurred by the Customer in connection with the use
of the DLA Service (or goods or services obtained from third parties through
use of the DLA Service) unless caused by the negligence or wilful default
of the Bank, its officer or employees and only to the extent of direct
and reasonably foreseeable loss and damage (if any) arising directly and
solely therefrom. |
6. |
The
Customer shall indemnify the Bank, its officers and employees against
all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and
expenses of any kind which may be reasonably incurred by any of them and
all actions or proceedings which may be brought by or against any of them
in connection with the provision of the DLA Service to the Customer unless
due to the negligence or wilful default of the Bank, its officers or employees
and only to the extent of direct and reasonably foreseeable loss and damage
(if any) arising directly and solely therefrom. |
7. |
The
Bank reserves the right to terminate the DLA Service at any time and/
or not to provide the DLA Service in respect of any matter at its discretion
without prior notice. |
