General Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is from 18 July 2016 until 31 August 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
2.
To enjoy the promotion offers, customers are required to settle payment by using Hang Seng Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
3.
The promotion offers are applicable to Crabtree & Evelyn shops in Hong Kong but not applicable to online shopping.
4.
The promotion offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
5.
The pictures and products information above are for reference only. There may be discrepancy between the pictures/ descriptions and the actual products. The appearance/ details of actual products and suppliers' information shall prevail. All product names and brand names are trademarks or registered trademarks owned by the respective company or owner(s) of such company.
6.
All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Crabtree & Evelyn (Hong Kong) Limited (“Merchant”) who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
7.
The promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
8.
Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
9.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
10.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
12.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Specific Terms and Conditions for “3x Cash Dollars”
1.
“3x Cash Dollars” is applicable to Eligible Transactions only. Eligible Transactions refer to the transactions with Hang Seng Credit Cards at Crabtree & Evelyn shops in Hong Kong (except LAB Concept Admiralty, Sogo Causeway Bay, AEON Kornhill, FACESSS Harbour City, YATA New Town Plaza and Sogo Tsim Sha Tsui) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”).
2.
This promotion offer is not applicable to Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping MasterCard and Private Label Card.
3.
Customers can earn the basic 1x Cash Dollars and extra 2x Cash Dollars (i.e. a total of 3 times Cash Dollars) on all Eligible Transactions which are posted to the credit card account on or before 14 September 2016.
4.
The Cash Dollars rewarded will be rounded down to the nearest dollar. Extra Cash Dollars reward is calculated on individual transaction basis.
5.
All rewarded Cash Dollars cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
6.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of all Cash Dollars to be rewarded based on the transactions records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
7.
The extra Cash Dollars will be credited into the eligible credit card accounts respectively in November 2016. Such credit card accounts should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant Cash Dollars are credited.
8.
If the principal card and its supplementary card share the same credit limit, the total reward will be combined and credited to the principal card account.
9.
Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
10.
Use of Cash Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. For details, please call our 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899.

Selected Gift Sets are available while stocks last.

Remark: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposit and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
