Remarks:

1. The SFGS is provided by The HKMC Insurance Limited (“HKMCI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (“HKMC”). The facility type, maximum facility amount, and maximum guarantee period are set in accordance with the scheme features determined by HKMCI. A guarantee fee will be applied and is subject to the credit facility amount, bank interest rate and the guarantee coverage as determined by the HKMCI from time to time. 2. The application period for the 80% Guarantee Product last until 31 March 2028.
3. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") has the absolute discretion to reject any application or to approve a credit facility of a lesser amount than the customer have applied for. The final approved credit facility amount, interest rate, fees and charges and other terms and conditions are subject to the relevant loan documents to be accepted and signed by the customer. Hang Seng reserves the right of final approval.
4. The "Fully digital application process" is only applicable to designated loan types, loan amounts, and repayment periods under the "80% Guarantee Product". Applicant must also meet specified requirements and submit the necessary documents. Online applications for the "80% Guarantee Product" submitted via the "Fully digital application process" can enjoy a 10-second approval-in-principle service (“Approval Service”) and digital ID verification and e-Sign service. Customers can complete the loan application and sign loan documents online. Hang Seng reserves the right to determine whether or not to provide the service at its sole and absolute discretion, including whether the loan application can be processed through the “Fully digital application process”, and whether to offer the 10-second approval-in-principle service, digital ID verification, and e-Sign service.
5. The approval-in-principle results under Approval Service is for reference only and subject to the accuracy of information provided by customers, the devices and internet performance of customers, the availability and stability of the Hang Seng’s related systems and servers, as well as the credit reference agency’s services. Hang Seng reserves the right to determine whether or not to provide the Approval Service at its sole and absolute discretion. For online applications without Approval Service results generated, Hang Seng will contact the customers within two working days. The result of the Approval Service is generated based on the information provided by the customer in the online application, the internal records of Hang Seng and credit information provided by credit reference agency. The result of the Approval Service is subject to the supporting documents provided by the customer and final review and approval by Hang Seng. Hang Seng reserves the right to approve a lesser amount of the result of the Approval Service or reject the application without giving any reason. The final approved loan amount, interest rate, fees, and other terms and conditions are subject to the relevant loan documents accepted and signed by the customer.
6. The digital ID verification and e-Sign service is subject to the devices and internet performance of customers, the availability and stability of Hang Seng’s related systems and servers. Also, the customer’s connected parties have to be physically located in Hong Kong when completing digital ID verification and e-Sign. Hang Seng reserves the right to determine whether or not to provide the service at its sole and absolute discretion.
7. Applications for the “80% Guarantee Product” that are not applicable to the “Fully digital application process”—including applications for facility types, facility amounts, or guarantee periods that cannot be catered for under “Fully digital application process” will be followed up by a relationship manager. Customers are required to submit the necessary documents to the relationship manager for review and follow-up as requested. Hang Seng reserves the right to request for any relevant supporting documents/information. Hang Seng has absolute discretion to reject any application or to approve a lower loan amount than applied for, without providing any reason. The final approved loan amount, interest rate, fees, and other terms and conditions are subject to the relevant loan documents accepted and signed by the customer. 8. Hang Seng reserves the right to request any further supporting documents / information.

Terms and Conditions for Application Privileges of Guarantee Fee Subsidy:

1. The following promotions (collectively, the “Promotions”) are offered by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng” or the “Bank”) from 20 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”):
   
   1. Application Privileges of Up to HK$50,000 Guarantee Fee Subsidy; and
   2. Application Privileges of Up to HK$100,000 Guarantee Fee Subsidy.
2. Hang Seng shall determine the eligibility of each Hang Seng commercial customer to be an Eligible Customer and each Eligible Customer’s entitlement to the Promotions, based on the Bank’s record. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
3. The Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
4. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the Promotions and other relevant offers at any time and to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
5. In case of any dispute relating to the Promotions, the decision of the Bank shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all the parties concerned.
6. No person other than an Eligible Customer and the Bank (including its successors and assignees) shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
8. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
9. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

A. Application Privileges of Up to HK$50,000 Guarantee Fee Subsidy:

1. This Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng commercial customers which:-
   
   1. submit their applications for 80% Guarantee Product under SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (“80% Guarantee Product”) via “general digital application process” during the Promotion Period; and
   2. the related loans are approved and drawn down or become effective on or before 30 April 2027, (each an "Eligible Customer" for the purpose of this Section A).
2. Each Eligible Customer which applied on Hang Seng Business Online Application Platform is entitled to a subsidy equal to
   
   1. Each Eligible Customer which applied via other channels is entitled to a maximum subsidy of HK$25,000.
   2. the first annual guarantee fee paid (if the Eligible Customer chooses to pay the guarantee fee on an annual basis), subject to a maximum subsidy amount of HK$50,000.
3. Each Eligible Customer which applied via other channels is entitled to a maximum subsidy of HK$25,000.
4. The applicable subsidy will be credited to the bank account of each Eligible Customer that is used to settle the guarantee fee with HKMCI within TWO(2) weeks after the related loans are approved and drawn down or become effective.

B. Application Privileges of Up to HK$100,000 Guarantee Fee Subsidy:

1. This Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng commercial customers which:-
   
   1. submit their applications for 80% Guarantee Product via “fully digital application process” during the Promotion Period; and
   2. the related loans are approved and drawn down or become effective on or before 30 April 2027, (each an “Eligible Customer” for the purpose of this Section B).
2. Each Eligible Customer which applied on Hang Seng Business Online Application Platform or Hang Seng Business e-Banking is entitled to:-
   
   1. a full handling fee waiver; and
   2. a subsidy equal to:
      
      1. the upfront guarantee fee; or
      2. the first annual guarantee fee paid (if the Eligible Customer chooses to pay the guarantee fee on an annual basis), subject to the maximum subsidy amount of HK$100,000.
3. Each Eligible Customer which applied via other channels is entitled to a maximum subsidy of HK$50,000.
4. The applicable subsidy will be credited to the bank account of each Eligible Customer that is used to settle the guarantee fee with the HKMCI within TWO(2) weeks after all related loans are approved and drawn down or become effective.
