    Terms and Conditions of Spices Offer

    • The offer is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2021.
    • To enjoy the offer at Spices at The Repulse Bay (the "Merchant"), Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard ("Eligible Credit Card") customers (the "Customer") are required to settle full payment with Eligible Credit Card.
    • The offer is not applicable on black-out dates as specified by the Merchant from time to time, including 1 January, 14 February, 4 April, 9 May, 20 June, 21 September, 24-26 & 31 December 2021. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
    • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, VIP cards, gift cards, dining coupons, special events or other promotional offers.
    • Offer is for dine in consumption only, and not applicable to take-away items.
    • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable.
    • Unless otherwise specified, the offer is not applicable to gift card purchase, 10% service charge, banqueting, private events, meetings, weddings and item purchased unless otherwise specified. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
    • The offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 diners per table (inclusive of the Customer).
    • Upon closure of the Merchant, the offer shall be terminated immediately.
    • All food and services related to the offer is directly sold and supplied to Customer by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
    • Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the offer at any time, and to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
    • No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
    • These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
    • The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
