The promotion period is valid from 1 December 2024 to 28 February 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Customers must settle the payment with the related eligible credit cards as specified below to enjoy the corresponding offers:
1. “Hang Seng Visa Card Exclusive Rewards” – applicable to personal customer’s principal Hang Seng Visa Card(s) only (including Affinity Card, but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Private Label Card and Supplementary Card) (“Eligible Visa Card(s)”).
2. "Other Hang Seng Credit Card Rewards" – applicable to personal customer’s principal Hang Seng Credit Card(s) only (including Affinity Card, but excluding Hang Seng Visa Card (including Affinity Card), Bupa Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-Shopping Mastercard, Private Label Card and Supplementary Card) (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”).
(Hang Seng Visa Card Exclusive Rewards and Other Hang Seng Credit Card Rewards are collectively referred as “Rewards”).
To enjoy the Offers, customer must register with his/ her Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Visa Card successfully via online channel at Hang Seng Website within the Promotion Period. If a customer holds more than one Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Visa Card under his/her name which he/ she wants each of them to be eligible for the Offers, he/ she is required to register separately for each Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Visa Card. Starting from the registration date, the Offers will be applicable for payment of personal or third party tax bills via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking Online Bill Payment Service (“Online Bill Payment Service”) by Eligible Card within the Promotion Period. Tax payments via other channels such as ATM transfer or phone banking service will not be eligible for the Offers.
Customer using his or her Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Visa Card to pay tax via Online Bill Payment Service will be eligible for the Offers for an accumulated tax payment amount of HKD10,000 or above.
To be eligible for accumulating the tax payment amount for the Offers, customer must logon to Hang Seng Mobile App (“Method 1”) or hangseng.com/e-banking (“Method 2”) and follow the following steps for paying tax with the Online Bill Payment Service:
Method 1:
1. Logon on to Hang Seng Mobile App then select “Transfer & Pay” > “Pay Bills”
2. Search “New Merchant” > “INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT”
3. Select “01 TAX DEMAND NOTE” for the “Bill Type” > Enter the “Bill Account Number” (i.e. the Shroff No. on the top right corner of the tax bill)
4. For “Deduct From Account”, select an Eligible Credit Card / Eligible Visa Card account
Method 2:
1. Visit hangseng.com/e-banking then logon to Hang Seng Personal e-banking, select “Transfer & Pay” > “Bill Payment” > “Pay Bills” > “New Bills”
2. For “Category” and “Merchant”, select “Government/Statutory Organizations” and “INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT” respectively
3. Select “01 TAX DEMAND NOTE” for the “Bill Type” > Enter the “Bill Account Number” (i.e. the Shroff No. on the top right corner of the tax bill)
4. For “Deduct From Account”, select an Eligible Credit Card / Eligible Visa Card account
Only posted transactions on or before 14 March 2025 are eligible. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled/ returned are not eligible transactions. Eligibility of each transaction is based on the transaction date. Transactions made by supplementary cards will not be counted.
The basic +FUN Dollars reward/ yuu Point is not available for payments of bills issued by the Inland Revenue Department with Hang Seng Credit Card via Online Bill Payment Service.
Rewards are on a per-Eligible Credit Card or per-Eligible Visa Card under the same Customer basis. Each Eligible Credit Card/ Eligible Visa Card is only entitled to a maximum of $300 +FUN Dollars or $500 +FUN Dollars / 100,000 yuu Points respectively during the Promotion Period. The +FUN Dollars/ yuu Points will be credited into the credit card account registered by the customer within May 2025, provided that such credit cards remain valid and in good credit standing. If more than one Eligible Card under the same name is registered by that customer, the relevant +FUN Dollars/ yuu Points will be credited into the respective credit card account separately.

In the case of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the Cardmember Agreement governing the use of the relevant Hang Seng Credit Card, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail for the purpose of the Offers.
Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above Offers at any time and amend the Terms and Conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice. In the case of any disputes, Hang Seng reserves the right of final decision.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
No person other than the customer and Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng” which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
In the case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
