6. This coverage is only applicable to Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover – Standard Plan – Asia and worldwide). During the Period of Insurance when the Insured Person is on a journey, in the event of loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle caused by an Accident whilst the Rental Vehicle is under the control of the Insured Person during the rental period, Chubb will reimburse the respective excess or deductible of a comprehensive motor insurance which the Insured Person becomes legally liable to pay, up to HKD5,000 coverage. 7. Baggage Delay Coverage is not applicable to Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover – Basic Plan).

   • Building age of Premises 40 years or below: HKD800

   • Building age of Premises 51 or above: HKD5,000 or 15% of adjusted loss, whichever is higher
3. For the financial loss from an unauthorized transaction made using the Insured Person’s Credit Card information without his/her consent where the Credit Card is still in the Insured Person’s possession, Chubb will reimburse Insured Person for the unauthorized transaction, for which Insured Person is responsible in the two (2) months prior to Insured Person’s first reporting the incident to the issuers. 4. Assuming an online application of the Standard Plan for a flat in a multi-storey building with under 390 sq. ft. saleable area, the first-year premium is HKD768.8 and the average daily premium for a year is ~HKD2.1 after a 20% discount.

Loss or damage which is caused by, arising from or in any way connected with:

• Wear and tear, rust, corrosion, gradual deterioration and depreciation
• Mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown

• Deliberate damage to property by you – knowingly committing fraud

If a claim is made within the five (5) year period, the eligibility period for a No Claim Premium Refund will re-start at the next Anniversary Date after the end of the five (5) year period. The Insured must report to the local police force or any other law enforcement agents within 24 hours of the occurrence of the relevant incident and provide the written police report regarding the loss to Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited when submitting the claim application. 4. Excluding any loss of or damage to any Personal Property incurred within the city of the Overseas Studying Institution, unless the loss or damage occurs in transit when the Insured Student is on the way back to the Overseas Studying Institution from another city or country provided a report from the Public Conveyance carrier is obtained within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the above information, the English version shall apply and prevail.

The above general insurance plan ("this Plan") is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”) which is authorised and regulated in the Hong Kong SAR by the Insurance Authority. Chubb reserves the right of final approval of the policy issuance. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng Bank") is registered as an insurance agency by the Insurance Authority (License No.: FA3168) and authorised by Chubb for distribution of this Plan. This Plan is a product of Chubb and not Hang Seng Bank. Upon application for this Plan, insurance premium will be payable to Chubb, and Chubb will provide Hang Seng Bank with commission and performance bonus as remuneration for distribution of this Plan. The existing staff remuneration policy on sales offered by Hang Seng Bank takes into account various aspects of the staff performance instead of focusing solely on the sales amount.

In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance product, underwriting, claims and policy service should be resolved directly between Chubb and the customer.
