6. This coverage is only applicable to Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover – Standard Plan – Asia and worldwide). During the Period of Insurance when the Insured Person is on a journey, in the event of loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle caused by an Accident whilst the Rental Vehicle is under the control of the Insured Person during the rental period, Chubb will reimburse the respective excess or deductible of a comprehensive motor insurance which the Insured Person becomes legally liable to pay, up to HKD5,000 coverage. Remarks:

1. Up to HKD1 million Contents Cover is only applicable to premium plan. Home Contents are furniture, lightings, other collectibles, valuables and renovations or domestic structural improvements installed by the Insured Person that are not otherwise insured by the management corporation or another insurance policy. Please refer to the Home Care Plus Home Insurance Plan Policy Wording for the detailed coverage and general exclusions.
2. Excess for water damage to Contents Cover: For building age 40 years or below, an excess of HKD800. For building age 41-50 years, an excess of HKD5,000 or 10% of the assessed loss (whichever is higher) will be applied. For building age 51 years or above, an excess of HKD5,000 or 15% of the assessed loss (whichever is higher) will be applied .
3. Chubb will pay the Insured Person for physical accidental loss or damage to your contents while stored away from Insured Person’s premises at work situation or any situation owned, occupied or rented by Insured Person (including storage facility) within Hong Kong arising out of:
   1. fire, lightning, explosion, earthquake, Riot and Civil Commotion;
   2. Storm, Flood, malicious acts or vandalism, escape of water or oil or collision where the Household contents are situated in the Building at the time of loss or damage;
   3. theft or burglary from any Building provided that force is shown to be used to enter the Building;
   4. robbery or theft while the Contents are being carried or worn.
   Excess is HKD500. The maximum amount pay for any one (1) event of Sum Insured is specified in the Policy Schedule. Excess as stated in the Policy Schedule is applicable for each and every claim made.
4. For the financial loss from an unauthorized transaction made using the Insured Person’s Credit Card information without his/her consent where the Credit Card is still in the Insured Person’s possession, Chubb will reimburse Insured Person for the unauthorized transaction, for which Insured Person is responsible in the two (2) months prior to Insured Person’s first reporting the incident to the issuers. 5. In the event of unforeseen or Accidental loss or damage to the home during renovation/alteration, if the covered total contract value does not exceed HKD500,000 and the aggregate period involved is not longer than ninety (90) consecutive days in duration. Chubb will not pay for the sum specified as Other Excess or Water Damage Excess in respect of each and every claim for loss or damage to contract works or any amount exceeding the Item Limit specified in the Policy Schedule.
6. No single item of Developer’s Fixtures and Fittings is deemed to have a Replacement Cost exceeding 10% of the Sum Insured.
7. Assuming an online application of the Standard Plan (Tailor made coverages excluded) for a flat in a multi-storey building with under 390 square feet saleable area, the first-year premium is HKD739.2 and the average daily premium for a year is HKD2.03 after a 20% discount.

2. The insured (main insured and his/her spouse/ child if applicable) must be Hong Kong Resident and holder of valid Hong Kong Identity Card.

No payment will be made under the Policy for death, injury or medical and surgical expense directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any sports in a professional capacity or Dangerous and Hazardous Sports. 5. Receipts and Doctor’s certificate or documents are required to be submitted. The maximum claim for Accidental Medical Benefits per policy year is HKD10,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan A) or HKD20,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan B).
6. If the Insured Person suffers an Accidental Death or Permanent Disablement (not applicable to disablement less than 100%), while the Insured Person is travelling as a passenger in a Public Common Carrier or private car, the amount shown in the Policy Schedule at the time of the Accident for the Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement Benefit will be doubled. 7. The maximum claim for Personal Liability Coverage is HKD300,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan A) or HKD500,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan B). Please refer to the Policy Wording for the detailed coverage and general exclusions.
8. In the event no claims are made, or any incidents that may lead to a claim occurring, under this Policy for a period of five (5) consecutive Policy Years from the Commencement Date, thirty percent (30%) of the premium received during this period by Chubb will be refunded to You without interest. If a claim is made within the five (5) year period, the eligibility period for a No Claim Premium Refund will re-start at the next Anniversary Date after the end of the five (5) year period. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance product, underwriting, claims and policy service should be resolved directly between Chubb and the customer.
