6. This coverage is only applicable to Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover – Standard Plan – Asia and worldwide). During the Period of Insurance when the Insured Person is on a journey, in the event of loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle caused by an Accident whilst the Rental Vehicle is under the control of the Insured Person during the rental period, Chubb will reimburse the respective excess or deductible of a comprehensive motor insurance which the Insured Person becomes legally liable to pay, up to HKD5,000 coverage. Remarks:

1. Up to HKD1 million Contents Cover is only applicable to premium plan. Home Contents are furniture, lightings, other collectibles, valuables and renovations or domestic structural improvements installed by the Insured Person that are not otherwise insured by the management corporation or another insurance policy. 2. Excess for water damage to Contents Cover: For building age 40 years or below, an excess of HKD800. For building age 41-50 years, an excess of HKD5,000 or 10% of the assessed loss (whichever is higher) will be applied. For building age 51 years or above, an excess of HKD5,000 or 15% of the assessed loss (whichever is higher) will be applied .
3. For the financial loss from an unauthorized transaction made using the Insured Person’s Credit Card information without his/her consent where the Credit Card is still in the Insured Person’s possession, Chubb will reimburse Insured Person for the unauthorized transaction, for which Insured Person is responsible in the two (2) months prior to Insured Person’s first reporting the incident to the issuers. 4. Excess for water damage to Contents Cover, Renovation, Decorations, Repair and Alteration Works Extension and Developer’s Fixtures and Fittings:
   • Building aged 40 years or below: HKD800
   • Building aged 41 to 50 years: HKD5,000 or 10% of adjusted loss, whichever is higher
   • Building aged 51 years or above: HKD5,000 or 15% of adjusted loss, whichever is higher
   Exclusions
   Loss or damage which is caused by, arising from or in any way connected with:
   • Wear and tear, rust, corrosion, gradual deterioration and depreciation
   • Mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown
   • Domestic animals and other wildlife
   • Malicious damage, vandalism
   • Deliberate damage to property by you – knowingly committing fraud
   • Any loss of damage or liability arising out of a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory during the first 3 days from the first Commencement Date
5. Assuming an online application of the Standard Plan for a flat in a multi-storey building with under 390 sq. ft. saleable area, the first-year premium is HKD768.8 and the average daily premium for a year is HKD2.1 after a 20% discount.

2. The insured (main insured and his/her spouse/ child if applicable) must be Hong Kong Resident and holder of valid Hong Kong Identity Card.

No payment will be made under the Policy for death, injury or medical and surgical expense directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any sports in a professional capacity or Dangerous and Hazardous Sports. 5. Receipts and Doctor’s certificate or documents are required to be submitted. The maximum claim for Accidental Medical Benefits per policy year is HKD10,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan A) or HKD20,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan B).
6. If the Insured Person suffers an Accidental Death or Permanent Disablement (not applicable to disablement less than 100%), while the Insured Person is travelling as a passenger in a Public Common Carrier or private car, the amount shown in the Policy Schedule at the time of the Accident for the Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement Benefit will be doubled. 7. The maximum claim for Personal Liability Coverage is HKD300,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan A) or HKD500,000 (Personal Accident Insurance Plan – Plan B). Please refer to the Policy Wording for the detailed coverage and general exclusions.
8. In the event no claims are made, or any incidents that may lead to a claim occurring, under this Policy for a period of five (5) consecutive Policy Years from the Commencement Date, thirty percent (30%) of the premium received during this period by Chubb will be refunded to You without interest. If a claim is made within the five (5) year period, the eligibility period for a No Claim Premium Refund will re-start at the next Anniversary Date after the end of the five (5) year period. The above general insurance plan ("this Plan") is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”) which is authorised and regulated in Hong Kong SAR by the Insurance Authority. Chubb reserves the right of final approval of the policy issuance. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng Bank") is registered as an insurance agency by the Insurance Authority (License No.: FA3168) and authorised by Chubb for distribution of this Plan. This Plan is a product of Chubb and not Hang Seng Bank. Upon application to this Plan, insurance premium will be payable to Chubb, and Chubb will provide Hang Seng Bank with commission and performance bonus as remuneration for distribution of this Plan. The existing staff remuneration policy on sales offered by Hang Seng Bank takes into account various aspects of the staff performance instead of focusing solely on the sales amount.

In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance product, underwriting, claims and policy service should be resolved directly between Chubb and the customer.

Remarks:

1. The maximum coverage for Medical Expenses is HKD1,000,000, which is only applicable to the Supreme Plan.
2. Original receipts and medical proof or supporting documents must be provided.
3. The Insured must report to the local police force or any other law enforcement agents within 24 hours of the occurrence of the relevant incident and provide the written police report regarding the loss to Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited when submitting the claim application. 4. Excluding any loss of or damage to any Personal Property incurred within the city of the Overseas Studying Institution, unless the loss or damage occurs in transit when the Insured Student is on the way back to the Overseas Studying Institution from another city or country provided a report from the Public Conveyance carrier is obtained within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence.
