[1] Whether you are a new customer or already banking with us, you can now open or upgrade an account via mobile if you are aged 18 or above and residing in Hong Kong. Please note Mobile Account Opening / Upgrade is not available to customers who only hold a joint-named Integrated Account or already holding a sole-named Prestige Banking account.
