Transfer & Pay with Faster Payment Service (FPS) function provides you with new instant# cross-bank transfer experience for free. Set Hang Seng as your FPS default receiving bank to start receiving transfers.

Log on to Hang Seng Mobile App, tap the gear icon at the top right corner of Transfer & Pay page, go to settings and choose "Register / manage FPS" under "Others".

Note: After registration, you can receive payment in both HKD and RMB with your mobile number, email address or FPS ID without disclosing account details.

Top up e-CNY Wallet
You can now top up your e-CNY wallet with FPS. Before top up your e-CNY wallet, you must first set up small value transfer limit and mainland & overseas daily transfer limit.

Log on to Hang Seng Mobile App, enter "Settings and Security" on the left menu, and click “Transfer and Pay”, then click “Set transfer & payment limits”.
Click “Small value & non-registered payee daily transfer limit” to enter the daily transfer limit you would like to set on the tab “Small value up to HKD10,000”, and update the limit as instructed.
Click “Mainland & overseas daily transfer limit“ to enter the daily transfer limit you would like to set, and update the limit as instructed.
When updating limits, enter the specified number as instructed on the page, and then click “Verify”(applicable to transfer limit uplift).
After successfully updating the transfer limit, you can start using and topping up your e-CNY wallet.
Download and install the e-CNY wallet application and follow the instructions shown on the page to complete registration.
After completing the registration, customers can follow the instructions on the page to select and activate the e-CNY wallet from corresponding operating bank.
Click “Top-up" on the e-CNY wallet page, enter a top-up amount and then click “Next” to proceed.
Select "FPS" as payment method, click "Pay" and select "Hang Seng HK" to proceed.
You will be redirected to Hang Seng Mobile App to log on and relevant terms and conditions of the function will be shown for your confirmation.
Check the top-up amount and select the debit account (current or savings account in Hong Kong dollars or RMB), then click “Next”.
Verify the transaction information again and click "Confirm”.
You have successfully topped up your e-CNY wallet.
