1Tap on "Cards" button from left menu to enter “My Debit / ATM cards” after log on to Hang Seng Mobile App

2Select “Manage Debit Card” to proceed on debit card related settings

3Set debit card monthly spending limit

4Manage card-not-present related settings, including enable or disable card-not-present transaction, and set card-not-present transaction limit

5Adjust local and overseas ATM withdrawal limit to handle different spending needs

6Block or unblock debit card anytime

7Report and replace lost card if your debit card is lost

8Once suspicious transaction is spotted, report immediately

Select “Manage Debit Card” to proceed on debit card related settings

Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select ”My Debit / ATM Cards” under “Cards” from left menu, then select “Manage Debit Card”
Select “Set monthly spending limit”
Toggle “Monthly spending limit”
Input value and click “Set limit”
The monthly spending limit is set
Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select ”My Debit / ATM Cards” under “Cards” from left menu, then select “Manage Debit Card”
Select “Set card-not-present transaction & limit”
Select “Manage monthly card-not-present transaction limit” and toggle “Set monthly limit”
Input value and click “Update”
The card-not-present transaction limit is successfully set
Set ATM daily withdrawal limit
Set local and overseas ATM daily withdrawal limits according to your needs
Remark: To withdraw cash successfully, you can only select withdrawal from your HKD/ RMB/ FCY savings account from ATMs

Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select ”My Debit / ATM Cards” under “Cards” from left menu, then select “Manage Debit Card”
Select “Set daily ATM withdrawal limit”
Select “Local ATM daily withdrawal limit”
Toggle “Local ATM daily withdrawal limit”
Input value and click “Set limit”
The local ATM daily withdrawal limit is successfully updated
Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select ”My Debit / ATM Cards” under “Cards” from left menu, then select “Manage Debit Card”
Select “Set daily ATM withdrawal limit”
Select “Overseas ATM daily withdrawal limit”
Select debit card and input your limit details as instructed, then click “Continue”
Verify details and click “Confirm”
The overseas ATM daily withdrawal limit is successfully set
Block / unblock card
Block or unblock your debit card anytime

Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select ”My Debit / ATM Cards” under “Cards” from left menu, then select “Manage Debit Card”
Toggle “Temporarily block this card”
Click “Confirm” to temporarily block debit card
Debit card related limit settings will be disabled after the debit cards is blocked
Debit card will be displayed as blocked on “My Debit / ATM Cards” page
Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select ”My Debit / ATM Cards” under “Cards” from left menu, then select “Manage Debit Card”
Toggle “Temporarily block this card”
Click “Confirm” to unblock debit card
Debit card related limit settings will be enabled after the debit card is unblocked
Debit card will be displayed as normal status on “My Debit / ATM Cards” page
Report & replace lost card
If the debit card is lost, report and replace lost card immediately
Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select ”My Debit / ATM Cards” under “Cards” from left menu, then select “Manage Debit Card”
Select “Report & replace lost card”
Select “Report now”, read the Important Notes carefully and click “Agree and proceed”
Provide related information as instructed
Confirm primary cardholder’s correspondence address is valid for receiving new card or branch collection advice (if applicable)
Verify your details then click “Confirm”
Successfully finished reporting and replacing lost card
