Overseas Transfer

Log on to Hang Seng Mobile App > Bottom menu > "Transfer & Pay" > "Mainland & overseas" > "Global Money+".

Remark: If you use overseas transfer service for the first time, you need to set up mainland & overseas daily transfer limit first.

Fill in the transfer information, including:

• payee bank’s country / region
• payee information (you can choose from your registered payees)
• your debit account
• transfer amount

Choose from your registered payees or tap “Pay someone new”.

Toggle on “Add as registered payee” to save the payee's information for future transfers, set daily transfer limit for the payee and tap “Continue”.

The instruction to add a new payee will be submitted together with the transfer instruction.

Please note your new payee will appear on your registered payee list the next working day. Until then, the non-registered payee daily transfer limit is up to HKD400,000 (or its equivalent), depending on any transfer you have made on the same day.
